Prepatory Stage

Compile the documents
- Prepare copies of your passport, proof of address for yourself and any directors or shareholders, an Authorization Letter, and a 10-second selfie video holding your passport while stating your name, passport number, and the services you have ordered.

Sign the statutory documents
- Once we receive all the documents, we will prepare the Memorandum and Articles of Association and select the appropriate SSIC code.
- We will then submit all documents to the registrar including incorporation forms, Company constitution, Consent by each company director, Appointed company secretary documents, Declaration of the company's controllers; will payACRA fees and log into ACRA.
- Our company will assist with organizing the first board meeting to appoint directors, auditors, secretaries, and approve the corporate bank account, as well as help you obtain the company seal and stamp for official documents, and guide you through obtaining the necessary business licenses and insurance.

Submission & Final Approval
